My Smart Garden is a multi-Council sustainable gardening behaviour change program that supports residents to adapt to a changing climate and resource scarcity by turning their outdoor spaces – backyards, front yards, balconies, courtyards or pots – into productive, functional gardens.
The program is free for residents, and promotes ‘smart gardening’ through workshops, events, online resources, incentives and community connections. My Smart Garden takes a holistic approach to ‘smarter’ (or more sustainable) home gardening across five elements: food, shelter, waste, water and habitat.
